We start our program with a 30 min consultation where together we find out what would fit best in your life.

We want to build a habit you love and can sustainably be maintained.

A few minutes are enough to set the right vibes and feel ready to face the day.

Here is an example (about 10 min):

  • Wet wrists and neck with cold water

  • 5 min gentle movement

  • 2-5 min breathing

  • Set your 3 priorities for the day
