…and there I’ve found you…

Finding yourself is a journey, it’s a process that repeats itself, over and over. It may feel daunting at first, but once you’ve learnt how to embrace this continuous personal growth process you will love every single bit of it, including the draining ones (once they’re over).

There isn’t “one way” to find oneself, there isn’t “The Way”. Every journey is unique. Trying to emulate someone else’s journey would not feel fulfilling. It would not feel truthful to yourself.

Finding yourself is a continuous cycle. Stillness is nothing but a mere illusion. In everything, including ourselves. Just start dancing on the moving pieces and enjoy the melody that comes out of it. Find yourself, lose yourself, find another self, or be somewhere in between…over and over and over again.

In the years, finding myself has been a journey guided by many meditations, several readings, intense breath work sessions, a roller coaster of emotions. It has been a journey, it still is, and always will be. A few years back I tattooed on my body “and there I’ve found you”. It is both an appreciation to the tools that brought me to where I am today, as well as an appreciation for the many “you” I encountered and worked with along the way, because they all make “me”.
